Key priorities included replacing the old patio with modern porcelain paving, building a bespoke water feature as a central focal point, creating dedicated zones for relaxation and entertaining, and adding raised planter beds alongside decorative privacy screens.

CONSTRUCTION DETAILS

What We Installed

We began by excavating the existing garden space, stripping away old concrete, worn paving and dead grass before laying heavy-duty sub-base material and pouring solid concrete foundations for the structural walls.

Our team built the custom water feature and raised planter beds from sturdy blockwork, finishing both with decorative stone cladding tiles and smooth porcelain coping caps. A grey porcelain patio was installed on a full mortar bed, providing a level, slip-resistant terrace for outdoor seating.

To complete the garden zones, we installed a durable composite decking terrace designed for a hot tub area, laid fresh lawn turf to provide a vibrant green central area, and added decorative laser-cut metal privacy screens and cedar fencing along the boundaries.
